About

One make of equipment, one valley

Sub-Zero Repair Woodinville is an independent workshop. We are not a dispatch network and we do not subcontract the call out to whoever is nearest. The person who takes the model number over the phone is generally the person who arrives.

That shapes how we work. We measure before we quote. We log both zones, not one. We do not replace a control board because it is the quickest part to reach, and we do not tell anyone their unit is beyond saving when a thermistor and a gasket would settle it for a fraction of the price.

How a call actually goes

  1. One The phone call. Model number and what the unit is doing, in your own words. That alone narrows most faults to a circuit before anyone is dispatched.
  2. Two On site. Both zones logged, airflow checked, defrost circuit tested and gauges on the sealed system where the symptoms call for it. Readings get written down.
  3. Three The number. Parts and labour, firm, before anything is opened or ordered. If the honest answer is that it is not worth repairing, you get that answer too.
  4. Four Verification. We do not leave on a promise. The cabinet is run back down to setpoint and the readings are shown to you before the van moves.

If you would rather talk it through than pick a slot yourself, the phone is quicker.
