The front is part of the diagnosis

An IW-30 wears a panel made by your cabinetmaker. Sub-Zero asks for one at least five-eighths of an inch thick and within a set weight. If the door began to sit badly after a panel or handle was changed, say so when you call.

Read the tag before you ring

Look at the wall on the handle side, just under the controls. The model and serial number there tell us which IW-30 you have, and whether it is the CI. A photo will do.
