Why a thermometer settles most calls
Not cooling covers three faults: a zone that never reaches its setting, a panel that shows the setting while the bottles sit warmer, and a cabinet that gets cold but cannot stay there. A thermometer among the bottles of each zone, door shut for two hours, tells us which. Write down both panel numbers and both readings.
