01One half warm and the other where you set it?

Sub-Zero's own remedy: switch the unit off at POWER, work a hair dryer over the ice on its low setting, moving all the time, and towel the water away. Then watch whether it returns.

Two appliances in one small box
Under one counter, a freezer held near 0°F shares the cabinet with a refrigerator kept well above freezing. Damp air that slips past the seal settles as frost on the coldest surfaces, so the freezer shows trouble first. That is why the price line here is the sensor and defrost band.
The ice as a gauge
On the UC-24CI, hollow cubes point at the condenser; Sub-Zero’s answer to them is a clean. Ice-maker repairs themselves sit under our ice maker service.
